Wheel of Pawn Trade Promotion – Terms & Conditions 2018
Book a booth for your chance to spin the wheel of Pawn

  1. The promoter is: Small Change  Holdings Pty Ltd (‘Pawn & Co’ – 177 Greville Street, Prahran VIC 3181).
  1. The competition is open to residents of Australia except employees of Pawn & Co.
  1. Entrants all must be over the age of 18 in compliance with the VCGLR standards in Victoria, Australia.
  1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. The promotion is a game of chance that requires no skill and is deemed a trade lottery promotion under the VCGLR guidelines.
  3. To be eligible entrants must book a booth at the venue between June 20th 2018 and January 1st 2019 for their chance to spin the ‘Wheel of Pawn’ that indicates prizes to be won by the entrants on the night.
  4. This promotion is specific to booth bookings on Saturday nights between 7-11pm during the specified dates.
  5. One person may enter multiple times by booking a booth on different dates to increase their chances.
  6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:


  • A booth must be booked as stated above for one entry into the trade promotion – spin the wheel to receive a prize as nominated on the wheel.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this trade promotion.
  • Prizes are pawn shop specified items as listed on the wheel of pawn – all items will be given to the recipient that night and the promoter takes no responsibility for the item once it is given to the recipient.
  • Winners will be photographed with their item upon receiving each an photos published on Pawn & Co’s Facebook, Twitter and website to be used as future promotion.


  1. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Victorian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
  3. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  4. The winner’s name will be published for 28 days post the ‘Limo Party’ on Facebook, Twitter and website for Pawn & Co.
  5. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Pawn & Co and not to any other party.
  7. Pawn & Co shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to its webpage.
  8. Pawn & Co also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  9. Pawn & Co, under VCGLR license conditions, reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons including entrants who booked a booth. In the case an entrant is refused entry they will be refunded their booth booking should there be mutual agreement between management of the venue and the entrant/patron.
